You want your viewers to stick through for the entire video, right? In fact, the actual goal is keeping 50% of your viewers around till the end. This means you need to focus on the hook and really suck them in. Let them know what the value in your content is and make sure you're providing real meaty content.

Watch That End Screen

The reason you want 50% of your viewers to stick around is because you want them to click through to another video on your channel. And this works out if you're really using your end screen properly. Include another video for them to view next and instead of signaling that you're done talking, direct them to that next video.
